Spacious room with a safe and a TV with lots of channels – definitely felt secure and entertained. The price was a bit steep at $913, but its location in the historic downtown area was awesome! 🏛️

My room was good-sized thanks to the very very nice staff. I loved the room, the bed was comfortable. It was a good location very close to the colectivo bus station as well as Zitacuaro.

The hotel was located quite close to the center, which made it convenient for us to visit the main attractions in the city. the room and bathroom were clean and the service was good. We enjoyed the continental breakfast with fresh fruit. the car parking was very safe and the man who managed the garage was very helpful.
One of the chairs in the restaurant was rickety, and one of us got injured while sitting on it.

We had a safe and secure car parking experience at the hotel, thanks to the attentive garage manager. He made sure the gates were locked and opened with care, and even helped us navigate in and out of the parking area. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was of a good size and clean, with cable TV and a fairly comfortable bed. The location is great as minibuses depart from just around the corner to the butterfly sanctuaries. Additionally, the parking was very secure and the man who managed the garage was extremely helpful in locking and opening the gates and even offered help by driving in and out. The hotel staff was also friendly and accommodating.

the room was clean and comfortable with a big TV. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
The hotel's photos online were misleading, making the hotel look more spacious than it actually was. the room was a bit small and there was no fridge available.

Great room size and cleanliness. Staff was friendly and attentive. The location was awesome, there were a lot of things to do around the hotel and it was close to many restaurants and shops. Great value for money as well.
The breakfast scam was a bummer. We were misled into thinking it was included in the room price, but it wasn't.
